Born in 1989, Hong Jian-Zhe is originally from Kaohsiung and was born in Tainan. After graduating from high school, he embarked on a journey as a professional soldier. Following his military service, he pursued his dream of establishing his own food and beverage brand by learning the service processes in a barbecue restaurant. However, his aspirations shifted, and in 2017, he founded his own brand, “LA RUE Cultural and Creative Design,” in Kaohsiung. The company provides services such as food and beverage business planning, graphic visual design, event curation, and integrated marketing. He is currently the principal of Pumu River International Co., Ltd. and LA RUE Cultural and Creative Design.
